I got to find out exactly how out of shape I really am last night.
I did a very light workout for the first time in like three years. (and when I say light, I mean it...25 pushups, 25 crunches, 50 obliques (25 per side), 25 leg raises and 25 flutter kicks...and now I hurt all over. Also, I almost threw up after exercising. I think I've finally become a true American. Lazy, out of shape and weak! ![]()
