it was an illegal taxi as in no taxi plates and there were 5 of us. Cops woulda arrested us all so my mate had to duck eerytime we went near cops and there were ALOT of police out last night.

I don't understand why it's illegal to pay someone to drive you home though.

its becasue hes working for a taxi depot. over here you have to have a special license that means you can be insured to work as a taxi driver and also to prevent illegal guys from picking up drunk girls and raping them.
