In lue of a bachelor party my closest friends slap me in the face

I made it very clear that I dont want a bachelor party, instead, I wanted a nice dinner and an all night video game/booze marathon.

I'm only having two guys in my bridal party, my best man and an uscher.

When my best man got married, I shelled out like $700 at his bachelor party, I paid for like 8 people (even though I was not his best man) at some swank place in little italy.

The other guy, Im organizing a similar party in lue of a bachelor party for June 1st which will be me, his 3 best friends, taking him out to Peter Lugers in Brooklyn which again is going to cost hundreds.

So what do these two assholes do when it comes time for taking me out? They're taking me to Charlie Browns tomorrow? WHAT TYPE OF FUCKING GHETTO SHIT IS THAT!

That's not the point. It sounds like Rodd took them to 5 star restaurants and quality entertainment. Rodd was hoping to get a 5 star restaurant and have a night out boozing. I'm not saying he's right, because value the friends you have and the time you get, for when its gone you can't get it back, but I understand where he is coming from.

This is pretty much it. Problem has been rectified though , ToddFlanders (the non best man) took over the planning and booked a real place.

I know Im coming off like it's about the place itself or the money, but it's not. It's about the "specialness" of it.

You know whats funny, at his bachelor party, his brother was his best man... and when the $700+ bill came, his brother kinda hesitated, so I threw my card down and rectified the problem right there. Half the guys paid me that night, but the ones that didnt... his brother, and his stepdad (who's a millionaire), and his uncle. So I ended up paying more then half the bill myself. And at the time, I was super hard up for money. It's the principal.
